Information, not an offer. Everything on this site — service descriptions, feature pages, screenshots, manuals — is general information about what we do and how the Massive Dynamic platform works. It is not an offer, a specification, a warranty of fitness for a particular project, or engineering advice. Scope, prices, service levels and responsibilities are agreed only in a written contract. Figures and behaviour shown in screenshots come from demonstration projects.

Manuals. The manuals describe the platform as built at the time of publication and may lag the version you are using; the copy inside the app is the current one. They explain how the software behaves, not how a plant must be commissioned: commissioning sequences, energisation checks, scenario results, generator sizing and schedules produced by the platform are decision support derived from the data entered into it and never replace the design documentation, the sequences of operation, protection studies, applicable standards or the judgement of the responsible engineer.

No client names. We do not name the projects, sites or clients we work for, and nothing on this site should be read as an endorsement by, or a reference to, any of them. Names appearing in demonstration projects are invented.

Copyright and trade marks. The text, images, screenshots, diagrams, manuals and layout of this site are © Dirac Consulting d.o.o. and its licensors. You may read, print and quote short passages with attribution; you may not copy the manuals or pages wholesale, republish them, or use them to build or document a competing product. Massive Dynamic and Dirac are names of our products; other product names belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility.

The app is a separate service. Launching the Massive Dynamic application takes you to a separate service with its own Terms of Service, shown and accepted inside the app at sign-up. Those terms, not these, govern the application, your account and your project data.

Links and availability. We may change, move or remove any part of this site at any time and do not guarantee that it is available or error-free. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the information on this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Croatian law.

Law and changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia; the courts of Zagreb have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. We may update these terms; the date below is the version in force. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice.
